Basic commands

Every character in Rhizome receives some basic commands in order to interact with the game world. This helpfile details a list of these commands; check the specific helpfiles for each for a thorough accounting of their purpose.

NAVIGATION:

Movement: Move around the world.
Sit and Rest: Recovery and relaxation.
Look: Open your eyes.
Follow: Automatically follow after someone.

MANIPULATION:

Get: Use your grabbers.
Drop: Disengage grabbers.
Give: Fork something over.
Put: Place something in a container
Inventory: Check what you're carrying.
Equip: Check what you're wearing or put something on.
Eat: Eat something.
Drink: Drink something.
Status: See how you're doing.

COMMUNICATION:

Emote: Describe what you're doing.
Say: Say something.
Whisper: Say something, smaller.
Yell: Say something, bigger.
Talk: Say something to people sitting with you, or in your party.
Think: Say something in your head.

ECONOMY:

List: Check what's for sale at a shop.
Sell: Make some coin.
Buy: Spend some coin.
Contribute: Donate to a civic project.

COMBAT:

Kill: En garde.
Disengage: Back off.
Flee: Get the heck outta there.
